The Loft at Raible Block wants guests and website visitors to be able to access our events, services, and information. We welcome requests for assistance and feedback about barriers you encounter.
Visiting The Loft
The Loft is upstairs at 116 N. Cortez Street in Prescott. The entrance is to the left of Lyzzards Bar. A chairlift is available at the stairs; guests may operate it themselves or ask a staff member for assistance. Guests using wheelchairs can reach areas of the event space. If you have questions about the lift, your mobility device, seating, restrooms, or another access need, please contact us before your visit so we can discuss the details with you.
For a specific event, please use the assistance request form linked on that event's page when available, or email [email protected]. Staff can also help when you arrive.
Using our website
We aim to make the website usable with assistive technology and to improve it when we find barriers. Some functions, such as checkout, maps, or embedded media, are supplied by third parties. If any page, form, or purchase step is difficult to use, email [email protected] and tell us what you were trying to do and the best way to reach you. We will work with you to provide the information or assistance you need.
