These Terms of Use apply to raibleloft.com, operated by JAGD HEART ENTERPRISES LLC under the name The Loft at Raible Block ("The Loft," "we," "us," or "our"). By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
What this site provides
This site provides information about The Loft, its events, and opportunities to contact us, request assistance, inquire about rentals, schedule appointments, or buy tickets. We try to keep information accurate, but event details, availability, schedules, prices, and site content can change. The terms presented for a particular purchase or event, and any separately signed rental agreement, govern those transactions. These website terms do not replace those terms.
Submitting a rental inquiry or booking an introductory appointment does not reserve the venue or create a rental agreement. A booking is confirmed only under the separate process communicated by The Loft.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the site lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, access it using unauthorized automated methods, attempt to bypass security, impersonate another person, or submit false, infringing, abusive, or malicious material through its forms. We may restrict use of the site when reasonably necessary to protect the site, our customers, and our business.
Site content
The site's text, design, photographs, logos, video, and other materials belong to The Loft or their respective owners and licensors. You may view and share public event pages for personal, noncommercial purposes. Other copying, modification, or commercial use requires permission from the relevant rights holder. Artist names, artwork, and other third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners.
Third-party services and links
The site may use or link to services operated by others, including Square checkout, Google Maps, video providers, and other external websites. Their separate terms and privacy practices may apply. We are not responsible for the content or operation of websites we do not control.
Privacy and communications
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information submitted through the site. If you provide contact details, we may use them to respond to your request or send service communications. Promotional email choices are described in the Privacy Policy. Supplying a telephone number does not, by itself, authorize promotional text messages.
Availability and responsibility
We work to keep the site available and accurate, but cannot promise that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
