Do I need a ticket to get in?
Your ticket reservation is held under the name used to make the purchase. Give that name at the door to check in. You do not need a printed ticket or QR code. Save your confirmation email for your records and the name the tickets were purchased under.
What if my group arrives at different times?
Arriving together gives your group the best chance of finding seating together. If you arrive separately, guests can check in under the buyer’s name. We’ll keep track of how many tickets from that order have been used. If part of the party arrives before the buyer, email [email protected] in advance with the buyer’s name and that guest’s name to avoid delays at the door.
Where is the entrance?
The Loft at Raible Block is upstairs at 116 N. Cortez Street in downtown Prescott. The entrance is to the left of Lyzzards Bar.
Where can I park?
Street parking is available on Cortez Street. There is also a parking lot behind the building, accessible from both Cortez Street and Montezuma Street.
What time does the show start?
Doors open at 6 PM. Ponderosa Grove starts at 7 PM, and Gary Hoey starts at 8 PM.
Who is Gary Hoey, and what can I expect from his show?
Gary Hoey is a rock and blues guitarist known for his high-energy playing and his hit version of “Hocus Pocus.” Ozzy Osbourne invited him to audition early in his career, and he has performed alongside artists including Jeff Beck, Peter Frampton, and Dick Dale. His music moves between rock, blues, surf rock, and holiday favorites.
His Ho Ho Hoey Rockin’ Holiday Show takes familiar Christmas music and turns it into a guitar-driven rock concert, with songs from his wider catalog in the mix. Prescott fans have seen the show at The Point Bar & Lounge; this year, it comes to The Loft at Raible Block for one night only, with Prescott’s own Ponderosa Grove opening.
Is there reserved seating?
No. All tickets are general admission. The Loft has tables, lounge areas, a dance floor, and a bar area. Seating is first come, first served.
What is your refund policy?
Tickets are nonrefundable. With advance notice, you can transfer them by emailing [email protected] with the buyer’s name, the new guest’s name, and the number of tickets being transferred.
Can I buy tickets at the door?
Yes, if tickets remain. There are 120 tickets available for this show. Door tickets will be $50 and will go on sale after advance ticket holders have entered. Buying in advance secures your admission for $40 and earlier entry.
How do I get upstairs if I have difficulty using the stairs?
The Loft has a chairlift. You may use it independently, or a staff member can assist you with its operation. If you would like assistance when you arrive, please use the assistance request form on the confirmation page or email [email protected] in advance.
